• Cannabis can't cross provincial or international borders, including on flights out of Canadian airports.

Why Licensing Is Worth Checking

Not every operation calling itself a dispensary in the Ottawa area is actually licensed. A legitimate retailer holds both a Retail Operator Licence and a Retail Store Authorisation from the AGCO, sources exclusively through the Ontario Cannabis Store's regulated supply chain, and undergoes ongoing compliance inspections.
